June 6th: Setting up & delivering a service: Writing a business case

June 28th: Trainee to Trainer: Giving effective feedback and career coaching
We all have a responsibility for training each other but why are some people more effective than others. This session will concentrate on the difficult skill of giving constructive feedback and how you can help trainees determine their own career goals through the skill of coaching. This masterclass will be led by Dr Caroline Elton, who set up and led the careers unit at the London Deanery. Also a great session for those seeking direction for themselves.
Two sessions not to be missed!
And don’t forget LME 24th May The NHS: Understanding its changing structure and resources.
