Other than the London School of Paediatrics simulation and faculty development programmes (see Q on joining faculty), there are other centres in London and nationally offering simulation training. All trusts in London have a simulation lead and simulation programme and there may be opportunities to get involved in simulation training at trust level by identifying the simulation lead coordinator and contacting them. There should also be a lead for Paediatric simulation where you work. Some of the London simulation centres advertise regularly for education fellows with an interest in simulation. These adverts may be found on the London School of Paediatrics Facebook site and twitter feed. There are several centres who offer courses on debriefing which would be useful and you may find it useful to attend a Train the trainer course focusing on debriefing. Several London trusts run these courses several times a year.
