Interested in guideline development? Keen to increase the number of paediatric guidelines within your trust but don’t know where to start?
PAGES (Paediatric Guidelines Exchange Site) is a free, open-access resource to allow paediatricians working across London to access and share guidelines across institutions for guideline development and research purposes. It was set up by a group of paediatric consultants and trainees who wanted to share clinical guidelines, to share best practice and reduce unnecessary duplication in clinical guidelines. It is an open collaboration of trusts across London and we welcome contributions from all.
How you can get involved:
- Use it!– If you are thinking of developing a guideline for you trust, why not see if someone’s already done it first? Our website is www.paediatricguidelineexchange.wordpress.com – we currently have 40 guidelines, and we are constantly on the look out for more. Please take a look!
- Contribute to the site – We are currently seeking trainees across London to help us increase content on the site. This could be as little as just sending us your local guidelines for us to upload, or you might want to get on board with developing the site – it’s up to you! Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you are interested.
