These are the training opportunities we offer here at London School of Paediatrics. Most paediatric learning comes from doing the job and with the varied programmes here in London, trainees develop the skills and knowledge they need during their posts. However there are a minority of topics that are notoriously harder to learn in the workplace and therefore we have developed learning opportunities to help with this.

Mapping the Future. This is a piece of work that was carried out by the Curriculum Delivery Subgroup of the London School of Paediatrics Trainee Committee. It highlights what the School is doing and needs to do when considering the role of the Consultant Paediatrician in the future. Please click on the link below to read this document. Mapping the Future has enabled us to think about developing courses and learning opportunities that will help fill the gaps that trainees have identified in their training. The Curriculum Delivery Subgroup are currently working on these and once we have new courses or learning opportunities up and running we will advertise them on this website.
