QI workshop: Leading and supporting quality improvement
Dr Jane Runnacles and Dr Marianne Leach
Royal Society of Medicine 29/06/16 18.30-20.30
Networking reception from 18.00
As paediatricians on the front line, we can often see very clearly what improvements need to happen, but how do you go about making it happen? This session, led by paediatricians experienced in leading, managing and teaching quality improvement, will inspire you to get cracking on initiating change, and give you the tools to make sure you get the outcomes you want for patients.
Dr Jane Runnacles is a Consultant Paediatrician at the Royal Free Hospital London, with an interest in emergency medicine and quality improvement (QI). She is co-lead for quality improvement education at the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health, and a Training Programme Director (TPD) for curriculum delivery at the London School of Paediatrics.
